The location couldn't have been better - right in the middle of town, surrounded by restaurants, shops, cafés, bars. We were able to easily explore the city on foot and even access the train station quickly by tram. The hotel's unique setting in a former detention prison added a fascinating charm to our experience. Our room, made by joining two cells together, was cozy and had an excellent bathroom. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were great. the hotel facilities were great, with beautiful wood floors and a peaceful courtyard with a fountain. We also opted for the breakfast, excellent.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to find and explore. Whether arriving by tram or on foot from the train station, it's conveniently situated. The rooms offer a comfortable stay, with modern bathrooms and cozy bedding. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the breakfast options are excellent, providing a great start to the day.
The hotel does not have air conditioning, which can be challenging in the summer months.

Convenient location, with nearby tram access. Elevator to reception, though there are a few steps. Modern bathroom with ample hot water. Nice breakfast with option for cooked eggs. Comfortable rooms with ceiling fan.

Charming atmosphere, inside and outside the hotel. The position is perfect, quiet although just a few steps from the lively Barfüsserplatz. Very kind staff and perfect cleanliness. Rich breakfast served in a cosy room.

This hotel was great! The staff were friendly, the location was central and easy to walk everywhere. Our room was beautiful with a comfortable bed and nice hardwood floors. The breakfast had good quality products and was worth it. I loved the view from our room of the surrounding spires and Christmas market down below.

Fantastic location! Just a short walk to all the major attractions and public transportation options nearby. The convenience was unbeatable.
The lack of a lounge area was disappointing. We would have loved a space to unwind and relax outside of our room.
